LUSAKA, 21ST NOVEMBER, 2017 - The Zambia - Chinese Association is offering a reward of K50,000 to any person with information that will lead to the arrest and successful prosecution of criminals behind the shooting of a Chinese national which occurred on 19th November, 2017 at about 08 30 hours at Amania Investment in heavy industry area in Ndola.
About eight Criminals of which two were armed with unknown types of firearms are reported to have entered the plant with masked faces and were clad in military camouflage tops and ordered everyone to lie down.
They tied three Chinese nationals and later shot one of them identified as Pangfei Zhu aged 32 in the back and stole undisclosed amount of money and a Toyota Noah registration number ALT 8528, black in color.
Police have instituted investigations.
