STRATEGY

1. Improve Marine security through developing Marine Capability. (Insecurity waters extended to land).
2. Creation of Command and Control of the National Waters (National security to reduce threats on smuggling, Trafficking, water robbery insurgency and Terrorism.
3. Development and employment of future capability of prevention to achieve desired effects.
4. Development of adequate specialised human resource.(embark on training of coxswains(500) within the next five (5) years,70 Divers,50 Technicians to handle Diving equipment, 45 Marine Mechanical Engineers(maintenance of police boats), 24 officers in specialised Diving in handling of underwater Cameras tactics in underwater investigation (Local and Abroad courses)
