FRED M'MEMBE ARRESTED,CHARGED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Police in lLusaka have formerly charged and arrested:Mr Fred M'membe, his wife Mutinta Mazoka M'membe and Mr Joseph Mwenda for:
1.Breaking into a building with intent to commit a felony Contrary to Section 304
of the Penal Code Act.
2.Criminal trespass Contrary to Section 306(a) of the Penal Code Act.
3.Uttering a false document Contrary to Section 352 of the Penal Code Act.
The trio have been released on police bond are scheduled to appear in court next week onThursday.
